Bella’s wedding? well yes. Its still too take place, the site is based at the beginning of ''Breaking Dawn''
So at the moment, Alice, Rosalie, Bella, Esme are planning the wedding. With the rest of Cullen helping were they can, and organising places for there guest's to stay. Keeping everyone happy, etc...
The plot isn't necessarily going to play out like the book did, as the Volturri might end up coming sooner rather than later... There might be a real fight with some of the cannons been killed off.
So have fun, all characters are welcomed into the plot.
