Isabella Swan resides within a family like no other. She tries to hide her true self, but something is distracting her complex, masked thoughts. Well, you see, there is this appealing scent that the new guy has to him... like nothing she has ever smelled before. His blood within his veins speak to her, but he's oblivious to the fact that he attracts her so much that it's dangerous. Edward Cullen just moved to Maine from Florida. His perfectly rounded world came crashing down with his womanizing father and how he just could not fit in.
At school, Edward notices a grouping of odd students that stick out from all the others. They sit alone at lunch, don't associate with others, and keep to themselves. He cannot keep his curiousity from blooming as he studies the girl who he is forced to sit next to in Geometry class. On the first day, she had avoided him, never making eye contact, he became scared that he had done something completely wrong. But couldn't exactly pinpoint why she seemed to hate him so much when he hadn't said so much as a word to her.
Isabella's 'foster' father is the cheery, homey type. He has passion within himself where there used to be blood. They have quite a long history since Bella was the first human he turned into a vampire long ago. Carlisle, that's his name, soon after found his soulmate Esme who had jumped off Mount Rushmore. Emmett, Rosalie, Alice, and Jasper are all members of their now completed family. Although, Bella has a new interest and cannot keep herself from the stranger. No matter how many times she warns him or tries to bring herself away, it's hopeless.
Not knowing how much self-control she really has, she tries her best to not hurt him. But also knowing that the best thing she could possibly do for him, would be to leave. Which then, also, places her family into danger of being exposed to the humane society of the world. What is she to do?
It's time to rewrite the story for this girl... what will you mark in this book?
